Cucumber sandwiches

I know we have many cucumbers in our garden and thought you might too if you have a garden.
Enjoy these cucumber sandwiches with your tea.
Peel cucumbers and slice very thin. Sprinkle slices with salt.  Spread white bread with unsalted butter and a thin layer of cream cheese and layer cucumbers no more than 1/4 inch high.  Cut into desired shapes.  Enjoy!
I came across some great sandwiches cutters at the Dollar Tree for tea sandwiches.  They had star and square shapes.  It is fun to explore the Dollar Tree .
