Power up Tea Smoothie

1 cup black tea, brewed extra strong( use 2 tea bags or if loose tea 2 tsp.)
1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
1 banana
1 1/2 cups plain non-fat yogurt
1tablespoon ground flax seed
2 tablespoons sugar

Place strong tea in blender with all other ingredients
Blend until smooth
Serves 3
